A weekend retreat to the coast. It's always good to see the ocean even if it is super cold on the west coast. I only managed to get my toes in the water, too chicken for anything more. The scenery is so amazing and beautiful that swimming isn't totally necessary anyway.
Is that a sock coffee filter?? Why yes it is. What can I say? I'm resourceful...and a little crazy. Some people need their coffee in the morning. mm-k?
One of my favorite places in Big Sur, especially for breakfast. Maybe some day I'll even stay in one of their super cute cabins.

And now there's food! Yay! and yes...everyone else thought I was kind of weird for taking pictures of my food, but you've got to entertain yourself somehow, right?

Heck, I'd use a sock filter to get coffee too. Coffee is more important than food.
